Wedding Coordinator
We are looking to bring on board a well seasoned, team player, creative, self-directed individual that is looking to work and grow with us! The position of Wedding Coordinator is part-time and offers you a great opportunity to expand with our team. As a wedding coordinator your focus will be on planning and coordinating all event details, both during the planning journey and day-of.
Qualifications
-1-2 years’ experience of wedding management/coordination at an event venue, caterer or planning company (looking for someone who has coordinated over 50+ weddings/large banquets)

-Ability to creatively find solutions to problems in a high-pressure environment
-Highly self-motivated
-Willing to invest time in the wedding industry and continue to grow the department
-Plan event details from day of booking (final detail meetings, tasting, rehearsal practices, open houses, etc.) to the day-of coordination
-Be there night-of to execute event details with Front and Back of House
-Attends Weekly BEO Meetings with Kitchen Team
-Manages departmental inventories (for staff and events)
-Have thorough knowledge of all Banquet Employee’s job descriptions / Handbooks to lead and train the staff
